The Community Engagement Core actively supports the establishment and development of community-based partnerships. This Core is responsible for identifying expectations of communities, determining what roles communities want researchers to take in partnerships, and provide mentorship for newly formed research partnerships.
Aim:
To understand what community and university structures, processes, policies, and activities are required to conduct CBPR research with Native American communities that successfully addresses Native American health disparities.
